We are so grateful for all of our caring, community-minded private supporters and donors. You enable us to continue to meet the growing need for healthy food access for all, along with support from these essential Foundation and Corporate partners. Thanks a bushel!

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

rhfrvan_250x180We are so thankful to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation President’s Grant Fund of the Princeton Area Community Foundation for their generous grant that made our new delivery van possible. Also, thanks to Fred Beans for finding the perfect vehicle and all the help, and thanks to River Signs in Lambertville for the beautiful decal job and donating their time, effort and talent.

Jimmy Rollins Family Foundation

rollinsfamilyfoundation_truckdonation_250x150Rolling Harvest Food Rescue is honored to announce the donation of a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado pickup truck made possible through the generosity of the Philadelphia-based Rollins Family Foundation.

Founder and Executive Director, Cathy Snyder said “This heavy-duty pickup truck from Jimmy and Johari Rollins is just what we’ve been needing to be able to more effectively and efficiently handle the growing amount of healthy food that is being offered to us,” says Snyder. “Because of this new delivery vehicle, our farm partners are already telling us they will plan to donate more, and some have now said they even want to grow extra for us. We are so grateful that The Rollins Family Foundation shares our vision and our mission!”

Fresh From Zone 7

ffz7refrigeratortruck_250x187We are grateful to Fresh From Zone 7 for donating their 14-foot refrigerated truck to Rolling Harvest to help with our food rescue efforts. Our farm partners are so appreciative to know that we can now safely transport larger donations of fragile greens, frozen meats, and so much more, and maintain the food’s freshness.

“Access to fresh food shouldn’t be a luxury. Johari and I are very impressed with the work that Rolling Harvest Food Rescue has been doing and we are thrilled to assist in expanding their outreach of those in need.”
