Elyse Yerrapathruni

Elyse Yerrapathruni

Executive Director

Elyse joined the Rolling Harvest team in 2023 and was named Executive Director to begin her tenure on January 1, 2024. Elyse is passionate about advocacy and outreach at the intersection of food justice, environmental stewardship, and regenerative agriculture. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Science in Nutrition and worked in the hospitality industry for ten years before starting a family.

While volunteering with her children on a local farm in 2012, she realized the significance of gleaning as a means to bridge the gap between nutrition insecurity and food waste, thus inspiring a transition to a career focused on equitable food access and food system reform. Elyse worked as the Program Director for New Jersey Farmers Against Hunger for nine years before moving to Bucks County. When she’s not working with the amazing RHFR team, Elyse can usually be found on her small farmstead in Pipersville, where she lives with her husband and three teenage sons.

As Director, she worked together with youth and city resources to develop and sustain the program.

Jamie also served as a Philadelphia Green Advisory Board member from 2003 to 2014, as an Advisory Board member to Pennsylvania Horticulture Society (PHS) and was on the Advisory Board for the City Harvest Growers Alliance. Adrienne Hart headshot

Adrienne (Addy) Hart

Program and Development Manager

Adrienne was born and raised in southeastern Pennsylvania, where she spent the majority of her childhood in her mother and stepfather’s home, while on weekends she stayed with her father. Although she never experienced food insecurity at her primary home, she rarely had access to healthy and nutritious food at her father’s. Her father would frequently use food pantries, community meal sites, and welfare resources to stay afloat. Adrienne learned at a young age the importance of de-stigmatizing the use of food pantries and the need for sustainable and affordable means to food.

Carrying her passion for social services and community outreach planning, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of New Orleans. She moved to New Jersey in 2012, where she then immersed herself in the Trenton community as Volunteer Coordinator for Art All Night Trenton and Events Manager at the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market. She has spent the last decade working for local government, the majority of that time with the Mercer County Department of Human Services. During this time, she worked on implementing the best tactics of grant monitoring, data-informed decision making, and strategic planning for policy changes. She served as Co-Coordinator for the Mercer County Human Services Advisory Council and as Co-Chair for the NJ Community Services Block Grant Public Agency Committee.

Adrienne joined the Rolling Harvest Food Rescue Team in spring 2025 as the Program and Development Manager. She brings an expansive knowledge of innovative data collection, efficient procurement and distribution tactics, volunteer coordination and local fundraising experience. In her spare time, she is a farm animal caretaker, is an outspoken Disney adult, and enjoys buying old Jeep Cherokees with her husband, Jon Haddad. She also serves as a member of Mercer County’s Trauma Response Team.

Jon Haddad headshot

Jon Haddad

Food Operations Manager

Jon was born in Egypt and raised by his Mom in Central New Jersey. Jon always had a knack for getting his hands dirty in mechanical work – he spent his childhood with his grandfather learning about electronics and circuits and with his Uncles learning how to work on cars, boats and really anything with a motor. When he was 8 years old, he began traveling to Egypt every summer to spend time with his father, learning how to build and re-wire sound, light and projection systems for venues. He is a jack of all trades and enjoys problem solving, diagnosing and repairing just about anything.

As property manager at Gravity Hill Farm, Jon started working alongside Rolling Harvest Food Rescue efforts in 2021. His expertise in hands-on maintenance, welding, and machine operating has become an asset to RHFR, allowing them to progress and evolve in all food security, advocacy and education efforts. He has spent the last few years facilitating the RHFR farming production and maintaining all infrastructure. Starting in the Spring of 2025, Jon was promoted to Operations Manager with RHFR. When Jon isn’t working, he spends the majority of his time one wheeling with his friends, playing with his dogs and fixing his wife’s Jeep Cherokees. He also serves as a volunteer EMT for Union Fire Company & Rescue Squad in Titusville, NJ.

Kate Yarrow

Kate Yarrow, MS, RDN

Nutrition Educator

Kate has worked with and around food for over 25 years, leaving the hospitality sector in 2020 to pursue a career built upon a lifelong interest in nutrition. During the process of becoming a

In addition to a B.S. and M.S. in nutritional science from Rutgers University, Kate holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Vermont.
