“At Gravity Hill Farm our responsibility to sustainability includes the issue of food waste. We work very hard to ensure that the food we grow and harvest gets eaten even if it doesn’t always generate an income for us. By making it so efficient and easy for us to donate our extra vegetables, Rolling Harvest Food Rescue has saved us so much time that we can now even harvest some food directly for food pantries and get more involved in serving our community. As farmers, it is very rewarding to know that our work is being shared and distributed so widely. Thank you Rolling Harvest!”
