Our Valiant Volunteers in Action!

Our valiant volunteers are the core of our success and the heart of our organization.

From weekly regulars who weed and plant and harvest fresh produce from Rolling Harvest fields at Gravity Hill Farm, to “quick response” gleaners, available on the turn of a dime, to corporate, faith-based, youth and community service group glean teams.

From volunteer drivers who handle farm pickups and deliveries to our food distribution sites, to the cheerful and welcoming Fresh Connect Distribution Team, to the engaging, health conscious chefs on our Nutrition Outreach team who prepare tastings and cooking demos.

It is because of our volunteer corps that we have the impact we do. We are eternally grateful for – and dependent upon – their dedication, passion, and unrelenting enthusiasm.
