Cabbage Apple Slaw
Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage red or green – shredded or thinly sliced
- 1-2 apples green or red – cut into matchsticks
- 2 carrots – grated
- 3 green onions – sliced
- 2 TBSP oil
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBSP maple syrup / honey
- 1 lime – juiced
- ¼ tsp mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Salad Directions:
- Shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, slice the scallions, cut apple into matchsticks
- Add all ingredients to bowl
- Toss together well
Dressing Directions:
- Add to a glass jar with a lid:
- Oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup or honey, lime juice, mustard salt/pepper
- Shake jar until well mixed
- Add dressing to salad and toss until coated
